KENYON YOUNGSTROM MEMORIAL FUND On September 4, 2012 at approximately 8:20 a.m., CHP Officer Kenyon Youngstrom was assisting another CHP Officer with a traffic stop along southbound I-680, near Livorna Road in Alamo.
