Annual 9/11 Flag Display in Clayton, CA




This past week, firefighters from Contra Costa County Fire Protection District's Station 11 in Clayton, finished work on their annual flag display. Each year firefighters from the station proudly put out 343 flags on the lawn representing the 343 firefighters killed in the attacks at the World Trade Center in New York. Contra Costa County Fire will be holding a ceremony to mark the 15-year anniversary of Sept 11th this Sunday at 10:00am. The community is invited to attend.
